The other day a family from our team left. We took lots of pictures, and there was a lot of crying, too. It was kind of weird because all of the girls the little girls on the team were hugging on Isaac and chasing him around more or less. And also, I took a picture with everyone except Graham, he didn’t want to take a picture. Mr. Bryan picked Michal up and she practically hit her head on the ceiling. I was really sad because after I go visit them in the states I’ll probably never see them again. Of course they’ll come to visit in a couple of years but I’ll probably never see them again after that. Hopefully they’ll stay with me at my house when they come to visit.
I have a memory for each one of them. The first memory that popped into my head is about Isaac. It was when Isaac was coming to visit at my house and we were babies. I was laying down on a blanket and Ms. Tracey laid Isaac down next to me and we took a picture, then we were both laying down on the blanket. I enjoyed quite a few things about Isaac, but I will only share two. I remember how generous he was and how he always wanted to share with someone. The other one was how Isaac was the tallest in our class and how I could never reach to the top of his head.
The memory of Graham that I remember was how he was usually a smiley baby. I think Graham is a good friend because he’s very truthful and loyal. And Graham is ALSO taller than me!
The memory of Owen that I have is when he came to visit me in my house in Memphis, and he would pull my hair and throw things at me. Owen is very cute, and he’s also very brave. And he is not quite taller than me.
The memory I have of Ms. Tracey (which is quite recent actually,) is that Abby and I used to ask to do her hair everyday. We would always do it in a silly way and ask her to leave it like that all day long. I like Ms. Tracey because she is very loyal and nice, and she is also very young inside so she is almost like a kid. She taught me a lot of things that will be important to my later life. Things like World War II, and how Joab killed everyone he saw practically.
I remember that Mr. Bryan was funny and was very good with kids. He was very protective and I remember when he baptized Isaac. It was in the Kara River. He baptized Isaac just like Daddy baptized me, so I believe that will start a little tradition there on the Kara team.
When I remember my friends, I remember how good and friendly they were. I hope they come back someday.
