My Safari

On my safari I saw elephants, cob, bush buck, water buck, baboons, roan, cape buffalo, wart hogs, monkeys, jackal, different birds, and hippos.  It was fun.  I went with my friend Abby, her dad, Mr Matt Waller, and my family.  What I liked seeing most was the elephants.  Mr. Matt kept getting them irritated while we were sitting on top of the car, it was scary so we yelled "Go!  Go!  Go!" but he didn't go until the elephants didn't care anymore and went away.   My pictures show me on top of the car with elephants in the background and an elephant reaching up into a tree to get some leaves to eat.

After the safari we went to a waterfall.  It was cool.  There was a waterfall that my mom jumped off of a rock near it.  We got to swim in the water and we found little rocks that we claimed and played neighborhood.  There was one rock that I claimed that looked like a Little Mermaid rock and we used it as a slide and slid into the water.  It was hard to get from rock to rock because there are so many rocks in the part where I can touch, which is the only place I go.  You cannot swim in that part.  The rocks are hot where they are out of the water and slippery where they are in the water!  The End.

Happy Birthday Grandmommy!

Today is my Grandmommy’s birthday. She is very nice to us. She gives a lot of presents to us and settles our fights. When I go to stay with my Grandmommy we like to go to the mall. When Aunt Paula comes there is no doubt she will be shopping all day,and I love the mall. I look forward to swimming at Grandmommy’s house and jumping on her giant trampoline in her yard. She has a nice house and there are lots of plants. Every summer she grows tomatoes and she invites me to help her plant them. I like to sleep on her couch which is comfy and soft and she lets me watch Disney channel late at night. One time when we were there at Christmas she let me sleep a foot away from the Christmas tree, and I barely saw a red and white coat. I suspect it was Santa Claus! I love my Grandmommy so much!
